Gorilla Games

What are the Gorilla Games?  And why should you participate?!

This is our 3rd year celebrating the Gorilla Games, the Christmas of Fitness!

A celebration of all the hard work you put into your fitness year round.  

You will do four workouts with a partner (teams of 2 same sex for Gorilla and Monkey Division).  We high-five (the secret language at the House!), cheer each other on, grind and sweat together.

Maybe you just started your fitness journey and aren’t sure of your fitness capacity?  The Monkey Division is for you. Monkey Division has lighter weights, and simpler skills than Gorilla Division.

We also have our Silverback Division.  Silverback is for senior athletes 55 year or older, and the team of 2 can be same sex, or co-ed.  Silverback Division has two workouts and a floater workout. The floater workout can be completed anytime during the Gorilla Games, it is a strategic piece!  Do you do the floater early and wear yourself out or do you do later when you might be tired? The choice is yours!

Cost for the Gorilla Games is $90 a team ($45 each) and includes a tee. Silverback Division is FREE and also includes a tee. There are prizes for Male and Female teams of both Monkey and Gorilla Divisions for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

One Partner completes one exercise, while one rests, then switch
