Active Walk is a walk-based circuit class which focuses on strength, balance and flexibility for our Senior members. Don’t let our Senior attendees fool you – our Seniors will lap you!  All are welcome!

Barbell Club consists of a heavy lift, auxiliary movements and a cardio circuit.  We focus on strength training and execution of of good technique in every class. Classes are 75 minutes in length.  Arrive up to 15 minutes early for warm-ups.

Students will learn the foundations of Jujitsu working on basic techniques. The program includes fundamental takedowns, self-defense techniques, position controls, position escapes and submissions. Classes are offered in Gi and No Gi, depending on the time of the year.

Pickelball
