The youth program integrates; self-defense techniques, conditioning and skill oriented drills aiming to improve your child’s motor skills, agility and flexibility. Youth Jujitsu is a fun class for kids that teaches discipline and helps build confidence.
Your child will learn real-world techniques that will help them to defend themselves in difficult situations. Our focus is to teach students who are smaller and weaker to defend themselves against a larger, stronger assailant. While we teach students that the first choice is to avoid conflict all together, we will prepare them with the skills required to protect themselves in situations that cannot be avoided.
