Cutting-Edge Grappling Training And More!
Students will learn the foundations of Grappling working on basic and advanced techniques. The program includes fundamental takedowns, self-defense techniques, position controls, position escapes and submissions.
With a unique class environment with training for every skill level, our team of highly-trained instructors will help you achieve your goals. Using Grappling as a martial art you will improve your grappling and ground fighting techniques. Our engaging team will keep you motivated and achieving the results you seek week after week. We make it our priority to help you accomplish all of your fitness goals.
Not only is this is a great workout, but you are learning boxing from the best boxer in Blair County with Coach Tommy Wilt.
All Levels – No experience necessary. Class is equal parts basic instruction (punches, combinations, footwork, ducking and slipping) and intense conditioning. This is where beginners learn the fundamentals and more experienced members get back to basics. Everyone gets a non-stop plyometric workout that burns about 800 calories.
These classes are not for fighters only! They are for any member interested in putting everything they’ve learned together in a safe, controlled setting. Cardio typically includes rounds of warm up exercises, such as shadowboxing or jumping rope.
KIDS ADAPTIVE COMBATIVES
Ages 6 to 16
Our youth program will instill tremendous confidence and give kids the tools to reach their full potential and lead successful, happy lives. Focus, discipline, tenacity, and the ability to protect themselves will help kids achieve their goals at school and beyond.
Students will learn striking, kicking, grappling, with a strong focus on self defense and anti-bullying.
Our goal is to help to make students physically and mentally strong by developing confidence in a system they can use to defend themselves. Students will be trained in the concepts of Adaptive Combatives and guided with our code of honor. Any skill level is acceptable, from first timers to anyone who just wants to practice another martial art.

Ages 8 to 14
Our classes will help you build confidence, develop a positive attitude, and instill lessons that are applicable in every aspect of your life.
Kids Boxing gives your child the outlet they need to channel their aggression, all while teaching them to be humble when winning and gracious in losing. No equipment or gear required. Gloves provided. Students may want a mouth piece and wrestling/boxing shoes as no shoes are permitted on the mats.
Ages 6 to 16
Students will learn that there is a time and a place for martial arts training. The youth program integrates; self-defense techniques, conditioning and skill oriented drills aiming to improve your child’s motor skills, agility and flexibility. Youth Jujitsu is a fun class for kids that teaches discipline and helps build confidence.
Your child will learn real-world techniques that will help them to defend themselves in difficult situations. Our focus is to teach students who are smaller and weaker to defend themselves against a larger, stronger assailant. While we teach students that the first choice is to avoid conflict all together, we will prepare them with the skills required to protect themselves in situations that cannot be avoided. Your child’s confidence will increase knowing they can defend themselves.
