I am a degreed professional with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. I am also certified with Silver and Fit, FiTOUR Spin Certified and NASM Personal Trainer.
I have hands on knowledge and academic training to help you with General Fitness, Competitive Sport’s Training and Adaptive Fitness.

I am a brown belt in Jujitsu and Judo, and have been practicing martial arts for 11 years. I have 5 amateur MMA fights and 4 amateur Boxing matches. I was the first female wrestler for Hollidaysburg!
I have my CrossFit Level 1 certificate, and FiTOUR Spin Certification and I am currently enrolled at Penn State for Nutrition.
