KID KONG PROGRAM
Ages 5 to 12
Kid Kong is an action-packed fitness class for kids ages 5-12 who are ready to challenge their minds and bodies. This 45 minute class utilizes plyometrics, cardio, and fun fitness challenges and games to help young athletes improve their agility, coordination, strength, speed, and overall fitness. Under the guidance of our energetic instructors, kids will jump, hop, skip, crawl, and climb their way through creative obstacles and activities that never get boring. Kid Kong is a great way for kids to stay active, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of fitness in a safe and social environment. With upbeat music and new challenges each week, they’ll have so much fun they won’t even realize they’re working out! Kid Kong takes kids’ fitness to the next level.
