KIDS ADAPTIVE COMBATIVES
Ages 6 to 16
Our youth program will instill tremendous confidence and give kids the tools to reach their full potential and lead successful, happy lives. Focus, discipline, tenacity, and the ability to protect themselves will help kids achieve their goals at school and beyond.
Students will learn striking, kicking, grappling, with a strong focus on self defense and anti-bullying.
Our goal is to help to make students physically and mentally strong by developing confidence in a system they can use to defend themselves. Students will be trained in the concepts of Adaptive Combatives and guided with our code of honor. Any skill level is acceptable, from first timers to anyone who just wants to practice another martial art.
Ages 8 to 14
Our classes will help you build confidence, develop a positive attitude, and instill lessons that are applicable in every aspect of your life.
Kids Boxing gives your child the outlet they need to channel their aggression, all while teaching them to be humble when winning and gracious in losing. No equipment or gear required. Gloves provided. Students may want a mouth piece and wrestling/boxing shoes as no shoes are permitted on the mats.
Ages 6 to 16
Students will learn that there is a time and a place for martial arts training. The youth program integrates; self-defense techniques, conditioning and skill oriented drills aiming to improve your child’s motor skills, agility and flexibility. Youth Jujitsu is a fun class for kids that teaches discipline and helps build confidence.
Your child will learn real-world techniques that will help them to defend themselves in difficult situations. Our focus is to teach students who are smaller and weaker to defend themselves against a larger, stronger assailant. While we teach students that the first choice is to avoid conflict all together, we will prepare them with the skills required to protect themselves in situations that cannot be avoided. Your child’s confidence will increase knowing they can defend themselves.
KID KONG PROGRAM
Ages 5 to 12
The kids are going to put in some work, challenge their minds and bodies and push through to the end. Kid Kong is geared for 5-12 years old’s looking to grow some and learn about their bodies. Based on plyometrics and cardio with some fun challenges and games added to the mix.
QUICK 5 WRESTLING

Ages 6 to 16
Quick 5 Wrestling is a great fit for all ages and levels of wrestlers. We teach basic, intermediate and advanced level moves and we also have a strong cardio program involved in the classes to work on agility and speed. We are here to teach, coach and leave a lasting impression on young kids lives that will help them not only be better wrestlers, but more importantly, better people.
We currently train several nationally ranked Jr. High and High School athletes as well as several high end elementary students.
The Quick 5 Wrestling program uses proven methods and techniques to develop technically sound and mentally strong competitors. Because all champions are the product of extreme dedication, hard work, and relentless patience, students will be pushed beyond their own normal limits both mentally and physically in a fast paced environment.
Ages 13 to 17
This class is not open to the public – Any teen interested is required to have an interview with Sydney Ross before they can take the class.
