TO THE "HOUSE"

Gorilla House Gym’s “The House” is a 55,000 square foot facility.  We have 15,000 square feet of general gym floor access with cardio, free-weights and equipment and a class for every fitness enthusiast.  We have 18,000 square feet of three indoor tennis courts.  The House’s mindset is to be stronger, faster and more capable each day.  We offer some of the toughest and most unique workouts in Altoona. 

Floor features a gated play section for children, visible to you from the main floor.

SAFETY MEASURES

We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all of our gym members. We clean, spray, and disinfect the gym on a daily basis.

From ages 6 to 65+ we have the perfect class for you! We have rowers, treadmills, elliptical machines, as well as a full selection of free-weights and more to help you get the most of your workout!

HIIT

HIIT is a high intensity interval class that incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes or seconds of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
