TENNIS and PICKLEBALL

Gorilla House Gym offers several options to pay for Pickleball Play, these options include an auto draft membership, a month-to-month membership,
“Pay as you Play”, and renting tennis courts outside of designated Pickleball play hours or for inclusive play.

Terms for Pickleball Pay Options:

1. Option #1: Gorilla House Gym offers an Unlimited Pickleball Play Pass (UPBPP). The UPBPP will start at the beginning of the indoor season on 1 October and terminate at the end of the indoor season on 30 April, which is seven months in terms. The UPBPP can be used during designated Pickleball play times only.

Participants can purchase a UPBPP for $75 a month, charged to a credit card on file on the 1st of each month, beginning on 1 October, and the last payment on 1 April, which pays for the month of April allowing Pickleball play until 30 April. Participants have the option of starting the UPBPP later than 1 October, but the UPBPP will terminate 30 April. There are no cancellations to the auto draft; the agreement is for seven months of the indoor season play for a discounted rate. Injured members can pause the membership for one month; after one month, fees will be resumed as agreed upon and signed in the UPBPP auto draft agreement.

2. Option #2: A month-to-month membership of $85 is available for designated Pickleball play times only. This membership starts the day it is bought and runs for 30 consecutive days. For example, if you purchase on 5 October, this membership will be good to use until 5 November, and on 6 November, a new option to pay will be required.

3. Those with a UPBPP or a month-to-month membership are able to play unlimited Pickleball during designated Pickleball court times with these membership options. For non-designated Pickleball playtime, regular court fees will be applicable. Please note these are the same terms as the tennis Unlimited Play Pass (UPP).

4. Option #3: Pay as you play. Pickleball participants can pay a drop-in fee of $10 for two hours of play during designated Pickleball play. Additional hours are $5 per hour.

5. Option #4: Inclusive Play or play outside of designated Pickleball play court times is regular court fees. A $5 drop-in fee for non-Pickleball and/or non-Tennis Members applies per person. Tennis court rental fees are:
– Monday-Friday 5:00am-3:59pm: $28 per hour; 4:00pm-10:00pm: $34 per hour.
– Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm: $28 per hour.

Discounts:

– For Options #1 and #2: Health Club Insurance Memberships discounts: Gorilla House Gym accepts the following health club insurance memberships: Renew Active, Globo Fit, Silver and Fit, Active and Fit, Silver Sneakers, and Tivity. A $25 discount is offered on UPBPP and month-to-month memberships to participants with active health club insurance memberships. The responsibility to establish and keep their insurance active is on the participant. Participants must coordinate with their insurance company to maintain or establish their health club insurance memberships with their health insurance providers. Gorilla House Gym does not establish or correspond with the Health Insurance Company or provider. Gorilla House Gym will validate the participant’s active health club insurance membership onsite.

– Pickleball participants using “Pay as you Play” (Option #3) can pay a drop-in fee of $10 for two hours of play during designated Pickleball play; a discount of $2.50 will be offered to those with current and verified health club insurance memberships. “Pay as you Play” is for two hours of play. Additional play hours will be charged $5 per hour; there are no additional discounts for additional hours. The $2.50 health club insurance membership discount is for one visit per day.

– Gorilla House Gym offers a 10 percent discount to Veterans, Law Enforcement, and First Responders on the UPBPP and the month-to-month membership (Option #1 and #2); the discount does not apply to “Pay as Play” and the discount does not apply to court rental (Options #3 and #4).

What Pickleball Members (Options #1 and #2) Receive:

1. UPBPP and month-to-month members (Options #1 and #2) are able to use the fitness and exercise side of Gorilla House Gym, excluding classes.
2. Unlimited Pickleball play during designated Pickleball court times.

Disclaimers:

1. Health club insurance memberships can be used for UPBPP, month-to-month Pickleball Play memberships, or a Tennis membership; only one of the two programs, not multiples.
2. UPBPP members, monthly members, and drop-in guests acknowledge they will have to coordinate play with others on the Pickleball courts. If a participant wants unrestricted and inclusive play, Gorilla House Gym suggests renting a court.
3. UPBPP, month-to-month membership, and Pay to Play options are able to play unlimited Pickleball during designated Pickleball court times with these membership options.
