KIDS CLASSES and PROGRAMS
Ages 6 to 12
Kid Kong – the Kid Kong initiative has been designed to provide children between the ages of 6-12 years old the opportunity to delve into the new world of Fitness Racing themselves. The Kid Kong race format differs by age group, ensuring that each workout is calibrated to their specific developmental needs and subsequently guaranteeing that all participants, regardless of age and experience, are provided an enjoyable and rewarding event. With a joint focus on uniting both fun and challenge alike, the workouts are tailored for young bodies and minds, whereby their speed, agility, strength, and coordination are tested.
Ages 6 to 17
Our Kids’ Jiu-Jitsu program is designed for children ages 6–17, offering a fun and safe way to build confidence, discipline, and strength. Classes are carefully structured by age and skill level, making sure every child is challenged appropriately and has a great time learning. Kids will develop balance, coordination, and focus while learning valuable self-defense skills. Through a mix of drills and real technique, we create an environment where students stay active, make friends, and grow on and off the mat. Our goal is to inspire kids to be strong, respectful, and confident in everything they do.
